New pinball machines and video games ship in the original manufacturer box, then secured to a wooden pallet for safe long-haul transit. No compromises to how the factory intended it to travel.

USED MACHINES
Wrapped, banded, ready to roll
Used machines are placed on pallets and professionally wrapped in cardboard to protect the cabinet from transit rub and impact. The machine is then banded to the pallet to prevent any shift in transit.
- Balls removed to prevent internal damage
- Keys, cords, bolts and manuals secured in the coin box
- Cabinet wrapped in cardboard and strapped to pallet
What each service actually means
Delivery Times
Local and international deliveries typically arrive in 1–5 days. In-stock new items ship right away; refurbished machines are cleaned and tested first.
Taxes
All items are tax-free within the United States zone. Tax only applies to sales shipping outside the United States zone.
