Credit card details

Your credit card information will not be shared with anyone outside of Pinball Machine Heaven and will only be used if given permission by the authorized user to submit payments for products purchased from our company.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Pinball Machine Center, is not responsible for the content of external internet sites. You are advised to read the privacy policy of external sites before disclosing any personal information.

A “cookie” is a small data text file that is placed in your browser and allows Pinball Flush to recognize you each time you visit this site (https://www.thepinballmachines.com etc). Cookies themselves do not contain any personal information, and Pinball Flush does not use cookies to collect personal information. Cookies may also be used by 3rd party content providers such as newsfeeds.

Warranty

One Year Limited Warranty; Our One Year Limited Warranty, which includes new and refurbished products, covers telephone diagnosis and repair and replacement of defective parts for up to one year after you receive your machine. Our warranty also covers labor on the first service call within the first 30 days after you receive your machine. This warranty does not cover abuse or misuse or any item that is moved or repaired without authorization by The Pinball Machine Center. The following products are excluded from any warranty: pinball machines and arcades made prior to 1990, any item being used in a non-residential setting, any item used at a rental property and items noted “as is” in the product description. Coin-mechanisms are not included with purchase of machines and are not covered by warranty.

Warranty on new pinball machines vary from one manufacturer to another and covers parts only. Labor and Service Calls are not covered by any manufacturer.

New Pinball Machines

Great American Pinball will warranty all new machines for 30 days from the date of delivery. Warranty does not include parts and labor. After the thirty day warranty period has expired and you live within a 60 mile radius of Chicago, we will charge our standard labor rates which are currently at $85.00 per hour. If you live outside the 60 mile radius of Chicago, we will assist you in locating a reputable technician to service your call.

Used Pinball Machines

Pinball Machine Center will warranty its reconditioned pinball machines for a period of thirty days if the machine is assembled by trained technicians. Warranty is void if assembled by an untrained technician. Some pinball machines may not require assembly which are considered plug and play games and will be entitled to the 30 days warranty excluding parts and labor. After the thirty day warranty period has expired and you live within a 60 mile radius of Chicago, we will charge our standard labor rates which are currently at $85.00 per hour. If you live outside the 60 mile radius of Chicago, we will assist you in locating a reputable technician to service your call.

Any pinball machine that is sold as is and working (not reconditioned) will not have any warranty for parts and service.
